Open Print Projector allows you to search and retrieve individual documents within the production process through secure web access. The documents are stored using Sefas’ internal format and rendered to PDF when selected for display. This ensures that the page-by-page contents of the viewed document are the same as for the printed document. Projector enables this process to take place electronically, saving time and cost by not printing and despatching a hard copy from the Print Centre to the relevant Department Supervisor, who may be working at different locations.

Approving documents prior to printing can provide savings on both the cost of print runs for incorrect documents and on the time required for physical printing/shipping/QA of the documents before authorisation.
