La Poste Group Docapost

Our Vision

Business Relations
A company’s business (but also that of public players) rests in part on the effective management of its network of business relations.
The effective management of business relations requires the implementation of communication closely connected with the information system. This communication can take on a wide variety of forms and terms in the framework of a multi-channel system respectful of normative and regulatory constraints.
The efficiency of the company is thus conditioned by how effectively it manages relations with its stakeholders within a multi-channel communication system (for example post, e-mail, fax, Internet, text messages etc.) that involves both ends of the information system; input and output.

The Concern of Companies
In this increasingly complex context, companies have three major concerns:

  1. Focus their resources on their core business
  2. Control their decision-making and relationship steering processes
  3. Ensure operational excellence in an optimized economic model

Docapost is the corporate partner that serves this strategy.

Our Business

The business of Docapost and its subsidiaries is to support companies (and public players) in their desire to improve the effectiveness of their business relations through optimization and management services that combine and interface information systems, processes and information and document flows in the framework of a performance-based commitment system.
The services of Docapost and its subsidiaries are multi-channel communication mode oriented and they comply with current standards, regulatory constraints and a controlled sustainable development policy.

  • Management of outgoing flows: composition of documents, industrial or on-demand publishing, multi-channel campaigns (e.g. e-mail, online publication, text messaging etc.), archiving etc.
  • Management of intangible exchanges: EDI, fiscal dematerialization of invoices, dematerialization of contractual relations (e.g.: temporary personnel), electronic forms, collaborative platform, services on mobile phones etc.

Docapost has recognized capabilities and know-how in information systems and organization, but it is also capable of incorporating the technologies necessary to the optimization of business relations processes through a network of partners.

All this know-how, including multi-channel control, enables Docapost to offer custom industrial solutions in the framework of clear performance-based commitments.

A customer-focus approach
Aside from its know-how and control of flow management processes, Docapost integrates the stakes inherent to the business sector of its clients in order to better help them optimize the effectiveness of their business relations and provide them with pertinent performance indicator control tools.

Docapost
