The data imported from the Input Management process is dynamically incorporated in the template and rules are added to allow flexibility and customization to the specific needs and characteristics of the recipients.
All created object are stored in a central repository for easy access and sharing by other users. Completed templates are processed by the composition engine, which generates Open Print’s proprietary VPF format.
